A terrorist incident that occurred in 2170 on Kahje, masterminded by the Drell Liberation Front.
The attack was the brainchild of a DLF leader named Scylla. While his lieutenants (Aristus and Iskander) were zealous supporters, neither of them nor Scylla himself knew anything about handling explosive ordnance, let alone depth charges. Therefore, Scylla hired Abattoir to plan the attack and make sure that it was executed properly.
Abattoir was originally going to aim for large-scale loss of life, but Scylla wanted to make it more spectacular, and to send a message, so they ended up mostly hitting Compact-centric areas, including a few barracks and temples on the surface: "Not as many casualties, but more property damage, and to more symbolically significant areas."
