A space station located in orbit of the gas giant Tefnut, of the star system Kalabsha in the Nubian Expanse cluster.
Prior to the war, the Nubian Expanse and the Kalabsha system were on the crossroads between the Attican Traverse and the Terminus Systems. The resort station was intended to exploit this highly profitable position as part of Tefnut's hospitality and service industry to ships laying over.
The Reaper War dashed these plans, but to everyone stranded in the cluster and beyond, a vacant space station with an excess of supplies was a boon.
Sevenfold Cataracts began to claim a role as a neutral meeting ground and unofficial capital of the cluster, as more secondary relay connections were restored within the Nubian Expanse supercluster. The prestige and importance increased when the Kalabsha relay became the only connection between the supercluster and the rest of the galaxy, and little of it has waned in wake of new connections opening.
Today the station serves in many more roles than just a resort station. It has also attracted notoriety as a marketplace for paleotech, a commodity which is strictly legislated within Citadel space.
