A Citadel Council-built layover station in the Dilal system, Minos Wasteland. It opened for service in 2187.
Projections estimate Strata to become important as the relay network is restored, but the enigmatic Relay Restoration Task Force (or the pacified Reapers) opted to link Minos Wasteland into the Eagle Nebula, dashing hopes of Strata becoming a hub for trans-cluster commerce.
