A krogan of Clan Vynchar. A medical doctor by trade, he operates in and around Cartagena Station, offering competent medical service.
He typically dresses in flowing, purple robes, with a traditional Vynchar turban.
He used to live on Tuchanka, in the Kalynd Badlands. He served as Chief of Surgery's Second at Vagharok Mavrok Hospital, on the Vynchar side of the badlands.
On one occasion, he knew of a case where a certain Lord Chief was going to implant a dirty element zero bomb in a trader who had come in for heart surgery, and detonate it when the trader went through CDEM Customs. The Lord Chief -- a “damned fool”, as Brelch would recollect years later -- forgot that CDEM can test for illegal eezo implants. The Lord Chief was killed in prison two years later. The recollection of this memory could still bring a smile to Brelch's face.
At one point on Cartagena, he had an issue with a serial killer dismembering his patients. People would walk in, walk out, and the next morning he would see their gnawed corpse in the gutter outside his office. At first he thought it coincidence, or that a hungry varren had gotten loose and made camp nearby, but after the third time, he decided to investigate. It turned out to be a vorcha, preying on his patients because it liked the way that they tasted with chemicals fresh in their system. Brelch killed the vorcha, but it turned out to have been a leader for one of the local Blood Pack splinter organizations. They soon took to ambushing the doctor’s ambulances.
